We want you to treasure your handcrafted Rebekah Brooks jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all custom-designed pieces and resized rings are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Contact our studio via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package using a trackable and insured method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach our studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 7 business days.
